Here's a great list from Margie Tosch at WineryAndHospitalityJobs.com, entitled The Top Do's and Don'ts for Facebook Fan Pages for 2010.
I learned something new from it, specifically that you can create a vanity URL for your winery's Facebook Fan page.
(If you own or manage a winery, please take a moment to take my 2010 Winery Sales Survey. I truly appreciate it.)
I would add, MOST importantly, DO have a Fan page and DON'T put your winery presence into a personal account. Too many wineries and other businesses are still doing this. Let your consumers be Fans and not Friends; don't ask them to expose their entire personal life.

I would completely agree with Jeff. I recently went through and eliminated some Winery "friends" and searched for their fan pages instead. Some had them, some did not. Fan Pages are quick and easy, and people can sign up instantly with no extra work on your part.
