Seth Godin's latest post has so much relevance for wineries. Thinking bigger isn't about being bigger. It's about changing the game. Do what you've always done and you'll get what you've always gotten.
I acknowledge that being in a regulated industry makes game-changing more challenging. But that's not an excuse.

Totally agree with you - Changing the Game is about your attitude and how you approach the market and NOT about how big your company is or how big your audience is.
Traditional wine marketing BORES the HECK out of me.
Time for a make-over. I think we're seeing it as wineries and others take a more DIRECT approach and more ownership to their messaging and selling.
