Lazy Sunday: 2005 Emeritus Vineyards Pinot Noir

My wife and I shared a bottle of 2005 Emeritus Vineyards Pinot Noir last night over dinner at Restaurant Mirepoix in Windsor.  Wow!

Brice Jones, the founder of Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards, is the driving force behind Emeritus.  If you're interested, the 7-minute video on their site is worth watching with your Sunday morning coffee.
