One of the principles I've tried to espouse in creating The Winery Web Site Report is that we should try to model desired behavior. In other words, since we recommend that wineries add the personal voice of a Web log (blog) to their Web site, we should have one on our site.
So here it is. Welcome, and please join the conversation, which is an important part of the value of a blog for a small, customer-focused business like a winery (or a publisher).
Another small point: it's good to start blogging before you have an audience. That way, even the very first visitor to your blog has more than one post to look at (and be hooked by).
Outstanding concept and site. I am very impressed with the concept and execution.
I came over from Seth Godin's post, and was surprised first by the idea, unique and exceptionally priced, and that you figured out blogging.
Will grab your RSS feed and watch you in the future. Now I just need to buy a winery so your report will be useful.
